Cancellation policy

Plans change, and we try to be reasonable about it. As a guide, you can cancel a transfer free of charge up to 24 hours before your booked time. Changes to the time, party size, or pickup point can usually be made right up to the day.

The full cancellation terms, including arrangements for tours and group bookings, are being finalised and will be published here before launch.
